As a recent college grad and now a full-time remote worker, having an efficient (and cute) desk space has always been a must in my life. I’ve purchased my fair share of lamps and pen holders in order to get comfortable with how my desk looks. Several years, and Amazon purchases, later, I can finally share my top-tier list of desk items! Both aesthetically pleasing to stare at all day and helpful, I grant you my Amazon office must-haves for a productive desk space, at an affordable price.

Lighting
Touch Lamp: This lamp dims when you tap the base and it has 4 USB ports which are so convenient for all of my dying devices. This is what I currently have on my nightstand actually.
Rechargeable Desk Lamp: If you‘re not into the lamp I have, this one is a great option too! It holds pencils, you can use it to charge devices, it’s rechargeable and it holds your phone!
File Organizer
Hanging Organizer: While writing this post, I discovered this hanging tier file organizers, and I’ll be purchasing it tonight. I hate having a cluttered desk because it can be super overwhelming. But if you’re a college student living in a dorm, your options are limited when hanging items on walls. This is an awesome option because you don’t need to hang anything and you’re not taking up space on your desk!
Stackable Tray: If you don’t like the look of the hanging organizer, and feel that you have too much space on your desk, this is a great alternative! It’s super pretty and lays out your documents in an organized way.
File Boxes: Sometimes papers don’t need to be as accessible and can just be filed away, and file boxes are perfect for that. These are perfect to put on the corner of your desk or underneath your desk!

Desktop & Laptop Gadgets
Laptop Stand: Laptop stands are perfect if you a second monitor on your desk or need more desk space. Some people enjoy having their laptop leveled higher so their neck isn’t bent down all day either!
Side Panel: This side panel from Amazon is another great way to keep items from cluttering up your desk space. You can place your phone in it and add sticky note reminders!
Laptop Riser: You know when there are times when you don’t want to sit in a desk chair and just need to lie in bed or on the couch? A laptop riser will be your best friend. Even if you’re not in bed or on the couch, a laptop riser gives your desk space a clean, and productive look!
Extension Cord: Extension cords are a must for your office space. You need several outlets to plug in your lamp, phone, laptop, and possibly an additional monitor.
Mouse Pad: I personally do not have a mouse, but I know how popular wireless mouses are so I wanted to include this gold mouse pad! It adds a really cute look to a plain desk.
Camera Cover: You need these even if you don’t want to put in the effort to have an organized desk space. Camera covers are super important for your privacy since cameras get hacked constantly. These are super convenient because you can slide the camera cover over when it’s time for your Zoom meeting.
Planning
White Board Calendar: I am a major advocate for planners – I am a planner type of girl. If you’re the same way, then you probably love calendars just as much. This whiteboard calendar speaks to my heart; it has a minimalistic look, allows me to review an entire month, and it’s super easy to write on.
Acrylic Erase Board: If you’re not into daily planners, an acrylic erase board may be a great option for you. It has a super clean and minimalistic look, allowing you to write down just a to-do list.
Dry Erase Computer Pad: Sticky notes are wonderful, but this marble slab is another level of organization. If you hate that sticky notes are single-use, or that they sometimes just never stick, this dry-erase computer pad is perfect for you. you can place it right below your monitor or beside your laptop to write down your to-do’s.
Daily Planner: I know we all hate having to be productive and get work done. But this daily planner won’t make your to-do list of tasks look as horrible anymore!
Phone & iPad Gadgets
Bluetooth Keyboard: If don’t have a computer, but enjoy the speed at which a keyboard allows you to type with, this Bluetooth keyboard is a perfect office must-have. I’ll be buying this for my iPad later today…
Tablet Stand: A tablet stand is super convenient for those doing most of their work on an iPad. You may need your tablet to read from and need it heightened, or just want it off your desk.
Phone Stand: Don’t have an iPad or table? While then here’s a cute stand for your phone!
USB Cable: USB cables are as important as extension cords – they’re a requirement for productivity.
